Nikita Shergill

Nikita has just graduated with a BA (Hons) in Photography from the University for the Creative Arts (Rochester) and is currently taking a gap year before returning to do an MA in Photography to help research and develop her photographic practice. During this time Nikita is working as an assistant to artists Rut Blees Luxemburg and Steffi Klenz, whilst also working with the Editor of Introdex Magazine – an online photography publication. Nikita is interested in social spaces and how they talk about psychology and human behaviour. In July 2014 her work ‘Educational Procedures’ was exhibited at the WIP exhibition with the ENSP students of Arles which was supported and sponsored by DAD and ENSP as part of a ten day residency program during the Arles Photography Festival.
